    We provide needs analysis and diagnosis and intervention design. Through observation, interviews and assessments, we conduct a thorough analysis of your organizational, board, or team dynamics and culture.

     

    Our inquiry goes beyond identifying what is working or not working. In addition, we diagnose factors, seen and unseen, that contribute to the function or dysfunction.

     

    In consultation with leadership and the organization's human capital professionals, we design a customized change program that addresses the deeper factors underlying organizational challenges. We work closely with you to develop effective strategies and programs that will propel your organization forward.

     

    Board, Team, and Executive Coaching

    Through private conversations or group sessions, our professionals support and challenge your organization's leaders in their self-exploration and professional development.
