    Board, Team, and Executive Coaching

    Through private conversations or group sessions, our professionals support and challenge your organization's leaders in their self-exploration and professional development.

     

    Our approach creates self-awareness that allows leaders to recognize and embrace their unique strengths by overcoming hidden influences affecting their leadership. As leaders discover more authentic ways of interacting, they are able to lead with renewed confidence, commitment, and ambition.

     

    Organizational and Team Analysis

    We provide needs analysis and diagnosis and intervention design. Through observation, interviews and assessments, we conduct a thorough analysis of your organizational, board, or team dynamics and culture.

     

    Our inquiry goes beyond identifying what is working or not working. In addition, we diagnose factors, seen and unseen, that contribute to the function or dysfunction.

     

    In consultation with leadership and the organization's human capital professionals, we design a customized change program that addresses the deeper factors underlying organizational challenges. We work closely with you to develop effective strategies and programs that will propel your organization forward.

     

    Custom and Open Programs

    Organizational, team and individual development can be accelerated with high-level education and training. We design and deliver custom programs to respond to knowledge and skills gaps and to help your leaders and members of the organization keep current on the latest research and best practices.

     

    We regularly organize open enrollment programs on topics related to leadership development. Recent examples include ethical decision-making, women's leadership challenges, principles of cross-cultural communication and creating an inclusive community.

     

  • Who We Are

    Felicia A. Henderson

    Founder

    Felicia A. Henderson is a leadership consultant with almost 25 years of experience advising senior executives of corporations, investment firms, and non-profit organizations.

     

    Felicia is an adjunct professor at Sciences Po where she has taught since 2011. She teaches undergraduate courses on corporate law and governance and has taught comparative equality law, social change, and organizational behavior. Felicia has also been a guest lecturer on law at EDHEC Business School and a lecturer on leadership at HEAD Law School and in the IES Business and International Affairs program in Paris.

     

    Felicia began her career in the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, a prominent international law firm, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, in particular leveraged buyouts. Felicia transferred to the Debevoise Paris office in 2001 and continued to advise corporations and private equity funds in strategic and capital-raising transactions. She was named International Counsel to the firm in 2008. As an American who has worked in France since 2001, Felicia is equally at ease in English and French.

     

    Felicia holds a master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD Business School, awarded with distinction in 2017. She received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Duke University in 1994, with a double-major in French Studies (French literature) and International Comparative Studies. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1997. While at Harvard, Felicia served as Editor-in-Chief of Volume 20 of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal. Although she no longer actively practices law, Felicia remains a member of the bar of the State of New York.

     

    In 2020, Felicia's co-authored business teaching case, Mirvac Building Balance, won the Hot Topic "Diversity and Discrimination" category in The Case Centre's annual competition. She has published various articles in INSEAD Knowledge and in the Sciences Po Law Review (Volumes 14 and 15).

     

    Felicia has moderated or participated on numerous panels covering various topics related to equity and inclusion, the legal profession, corporate governance, and cross-cultural management issues. She is a frequent keynote speaker at private events and conferences. Among her public speaking engagements, Felicia has given two TEDx talks, available in the Thought Leadership tab.

    Felicia moderated a webinar of INSEAD alumni and faculty in which the speakers discuss their experiences with developing demographic diversity and inclusive work environments for people of all social backgrounds in connection with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

    Felicia gave a keynote presentation and participated in a panel discussion on the construction, history, and modern-day effects of anti-Black racism in the United States and internationally.
